In nature, Qi acts tirelessly and ordinary as if following in an order.
This natural order is seen everywhere and one of the most traditional and visible examples is in the four season. (remember the fifth is centre, the pivot that all the other movements circle around).
Sometimes this is referred to as the four Qi or the Five Qi and this is describing the relationship of Yin and Yang, energy moving through various phases according to time and circumstance.
Qi in human experience is most perceptible as the breath and this expanding and contracts during this cycle, provoking various responses, determining all the aspects and cycles of life. At times there may appear to be irregularities in the course of the cycle, something might not seem to be in the right place at the right time but somehow, it works.
Spring followed Winter, Summer follows spring. The energy that rose up will now begin to unfold, to reach out and extend itself to another.

A registered Chartered Level 2 Senior Teacher and Teacher Trainer with Yoga Alliance Professionals, I bring over 3000 hours of teaching experience from over 9 years of teaching Yoga and over 1000 hours of certificated study into each and every practise space.
Teaching with passion and love, I create both a physical and inner journey through being present and awake.
My own Yoga journey began with a book, placed in my path at a time in my life that made it impossible to ignore. Igniting a passion not just for the physical practise of Yoga, but through a sensitivity towards a strangely familiar feeling held deep within the experience of Yoga. Having experienced the transformational and healing qualities of Yoga, I took various extended leave periods from my then role as a Photo Director to study Yoga. Not someone’s opinion of Yoga but Yoga in it’s traditional form. A few courses and years later, this developed into a relentless desire to share the potency Yoga offers absolutely anyone.
